Fitbit Walkers
It is a year since we started the Fitbit group for adults with Congenital Heart DIsease and Pulmonary Hypertension.
A small group of patients and the Nurse Specialists celebrated with a walk at Roundhay park. We managed to dodge the rain and enjoyed a walk and a chat! To see more pictures from the walk have a look at our Facebook Page
