Summer Heat Wave - July 2015

Those with pacemakers need no specific precautions
Those with complex heart conditions, including those with low saturations, “half a heart” conditions, those with shunts, and those on Warfarin need to drink plenty and regularly..
Those taking Amioderone can be sensitive to sunlight, so should limit their time in the sun.
The heat can drain energy levels, so take it easy.
